One shared view

Your whole dispatch team, looking at the same screen.

Check-ins, hours, trucks and open issues — the same live picture for every dispatcher and lead, on every shift.

Features

Spreadsheets and group chats can't tell you who's actually ready to roll.

Drivers say they logged in. Hours pile up quietly. Payroll and telematics disagree. Trucks get double-booked. And half of it gets lost at shift change. WTL Control puts each of those on one screen — with alerts while there’s still time to act.

01 · CHECK-IN VERIFICATION

"I'm logged in." Now you can verify it — before the route starts.

Every route gets automatic checkpoints at T-15, T-10 and T-5 minutes. If a driver hasn’t logged in, the team lead hears about it while there’s still time to call, swap or reassign.

02 · HOS MONITORING

A traffic light for every driver's hours.

See who’s fresh, who’s getting close and who’s out of hours — at a glance, before you hand out tomorrow’s loads. Flags show up as risk builds, not after the violation is already on the log.

03 · PAYROLL AUDIT

Payroll hours vs. what the truck actually did.

We compare every shift in your payroll system against your telematics data. The “sandwich” rule: payroll should clock in first and clock out last, with the driving in between. When it doesn’t, you see it — time given away, or time billed that wasn’t worked.

04 · SMART TRUCK ASSIGNMENT

Only offer trucks that can actually go.

Eligibility rules keep empty-tank, out-of-service and wrong-yard trucks off the list. If the same truck lands on two overlapping routes, you get warned before anyone drives off.

05 · NOTIFICATION CENTER

The right alert, on every screen your team uses.

A bell in the dashboard collects every alert in one place. Install WTL Control on any phone as a web app and the same alerts arrive as push notifications — for every dispatcher and lead, not just whoever is at the desk.

06 · PENDING ISSUES

Nothing gets lost at shift change.

A shared log of open items that carries over from one dispatcher to the next. Every note is signed with the user’s name and time, so the next shift knows exactly what happened and who’s on it.

How it works

Up and running without changing how your drivers work.

WTL Control reads from the systems you already use. Your drivers keep their ELD and their routine; your dispatch team gets one screen.

1

Connect your accounts

Give us read access to your telematics (ELD) provider, your payroll system and your dispatch/routing platform (supported platforms confirmed during onboarding).

2

We configure your dashboard

We set up your drivers, trucks, yards, check-in windows and alert rules to match how your operation actually runs.

3

Your team works from one screen

Dispatchers and leads log in with their own accounts, get alerts on desktop and phone, and hand off shifts with a shared log.

Security & data isolation

Your data stays yours — and only yours.

Each carrier runs on its own separated setup. Every action is tied to a named user.

WTL Control is an alerting and review tool. It does not replace your official ELD record or guarantee regulatory compliance — it helps your team catch issues earlier.

Separate infrastructure per company

Your data is not stored alongside other carriers’ data.

Individual logins

Every user has their own login and every action is tied to a named user.

Encrypted in transit

All traffic runs over HTTPS.

Signed notes

Every note carries the name of the user who wrote it and when.

Pricing

Simple monthly pricing that scales with your trips.

One flat scale: +$100 for every additional 300 trips per month.

Up to 300 trips

Up to 600 trips

Up to 900 trips

Up to 1,200 trips

Up to 1,500 trips

Billed monthly by trip volume. Running more than 1,500 trips? Same scale applies — ask us for a quote.

Access to your telematics (ELD) provider, your payroll system and your dispatch platform. We’ll confirm what we can connect to on your demo call. Modules that don’t apply to your setup can be left off.

It depends on your systems and fleet size. Once we have account access, we configure drivers, trucks, yards and alert rules for you — we’ll give you a timeline during the demo.

You do. WTL Control reads your data to show it to your team — we don’t sell it or share it with other carriers.

Each carrier runs on separate infrastructure. Your users only see your company, and every user logs in individually.

Yes. WTL Control runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, and can be installed on iPhone or Android as a web app to receive push notifications.

Billing is monthly. Let us know before your next billing date and we’ll close your account — no long-term contract.
